Yoga is a way of living and being that makes real lasting personal changes possible. Rather than being something to achieve, it is something that needs to be experienced and enjoyed.
Yoga is a journey, it is part of my life with all it's ups and downs. I see progression and regression, things I need to work on and things I should just accept and let go off. Most importantly yoga is fun and I enjoy doing it. That's what I like to share with my students.
